What we collect

Your account details (name, email, password — stored only as a hash), the invoice information you enter (invoice numbers, amounts, due dates), and your clients' contact details (names, email addresses, phone numbers) so reminders can be delivered. We also collect standard technical data like log files and anonymized usage analytics to keep the service running.

What we do with it

Exactly one thing: operate the service. That means sending your reminders by email and WhatsApp, showing your dashboard, and processing your subscription. We do not sell, rent, or share your data — or your clients' data — with advertisers or data brokers. Ever.

Third-party processors

Reminders are delivered through email and messaging providers (for example, email delivery services and the WhatsApp Business platform), and payments are handled by our payment processor. These providers only receive the data needed to perform their function and are bound by their own privacy obligations. We do not store your full card details on our servers.

Your clients' data

You enter your clients' contact details so we can deliver reminders on your behalf. You're responsible for having a legitimate reason to contact them (an unpaid invoice is a good one).
